Empowering Independence
Achieving Independence Through Ones Strengths
Support Tailored to Your Family—Across All Settings
We provide services across the settings where your child can learn and practice meaningful, practical, day-to-day skills — at home, in school, in the clinic, or out in the community. We collaborate with families to identify the most supportive environment for each child, focusing on the spaces that will help them build confidence, independence, and long-lasting skills.

Building Skills for Everyday Life
Through ABA therapy, we work with each learner to strengthen communication, social, and self-care skills, fostering independence and confidence in ways that truly matter in their daily life.

Client-Centered Care
Our ABA therapy services are centered on your child as an individual. We take the time to understand their strengths, needs, and goals, and design highly personalized strategies that support meaningful growth. Every step of our work is guided by compassion and a commitment to helping your child thrive in their everyday life.
At LBS, we like to make sure each learner is HRE—Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged. We believe that learning happens best when children feel safe, supported, and confident.

How ABA Therapy Works
ABA therapy is a proven method that helps learners build meaningful skills and navigate daily life with greater independence and confidence. Through carefully tailored interventions, children develop abilities in communication, social interaction, self-regulation, self-care, executive functioning, and learning readiness, while also reducing challenging behaviors. We understand that difficult behaviors often stem from challenges in communication or advocating for oneself, and we focus on teaching functional, effective ways to express needs and feelings.
Our Philosophy
LBS operates with candor and compassion. We approach each obstacle with humility while making data-based decisions to improve the lives of our learners and families.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I get an evaluation for Autism? How soon can my child receive an Autism Diagnosis?
You may request an evaluation from your physician, psychologist, psychiatrist or a neurologist. Autism can sometimes be detected as early as 18 months, children typically receive a reliable diagnosis by the age of 2 (Lord et al., 2006). Early diagnosis is essential to ensure that your child receives maximal support (Hyman et al., 2020)
Where are ABA therapy services held?
Treatment is primarily held in the home and community setting. An ABA therapist will work directly with your child, with consistent supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Supervision is hybrid (in the home and via telehealth).
